Aim has recovered from depression.
Aim suffered from severe depression before she started meditating. She learned about a mindful acknowledgement and learned how to manage her thoughts which helped her to have more clarity in setting her life goals. Before she started meditating, she had many questions in her mind, for example, ‘why does this person want to be pretty?’ ‘Why does this person want to get rich?’ ‘Is this true happiness?’ So, she was a slave to her own emotions and thoughts. After she started meditating, she began to be able to separate her emotions from her thoughts. This freed her from suffering, allowing her to recover from depression, allowing her to live more happily.
